Your Order: Accuracy and Finality

Selecting the correct model and color is your responsibility. Once an order enters our system, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Our Processing Commitment

We process and ship all orders from our own warehouse. During holidays and sale seasons, additional processing time is required.

What You Pay: Taxes, Duties, and Currency

For all international orders, you are responsible for customs duties and taxes. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees are charged upon the parcel's arrival in the destination country, as determined by that country's customs office. These charges are not covered by Weartheresist.

If your credit card account is not in US Dollars, your bank may apply a different exchange rate and a foreign currency transaction fee. Weartheresist is not responsible for these charges. While store prices are displayed in your local currency, checkout is conducted in USD. All transactions are processed in USD through Paypal or Stripe.

Your Shipment: Tracking and Receiving

A shipping confirmation containing tracking information is emailed after your purchase is shipped. Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight and the delivery location.

You are solely responsible for tracking your order and submitting all required documentation to customs or the courier. Delivery may be handled by your local post office or a courier. If you are not home, a notice card may be left. Local customs may require additional documents and time, which can delay delivery.

If an order is returned to sender or delivery fails because you did not follow up or submit the necessary requirements, Weartheresist will not process a refund or free replacement. You may need to place the order again.

Customs and Regulations: Your Responsibility

You must check your local postal regulations for restricted items. Weartheresist is not liable for any items not accepted into the destination country.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

Contact us immediately to change or cancel your order. Once our warehouse has processed the order, no changes can be made. Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
